The policy chosen by that carrier shall be based on their procedure and shall not be the responsibility of Sukoon Travels and its affiliates. They will also not be responsible for any person(s) missing any part of the program due to negligence, delay, or absenteeism for any time during the tour, and will not be responsible for any additional expenses for the participant to rejoin the tour. Moreover, no changes or upgrades in the program chosen will be honored after departure, and no refund will be given for any services rendered but not utilized.
No refunds will be given if canceled before 35 days from the date of travel. Umrah / Tourist Visa is granted by the Saudi Consulate in Ottawa, and as such, they have the complete right to grant or reject a visa due to lack of documentation or any other reason. A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required to allocate a seat in the group trips. All group trips are open until seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For guests joining us from outside of the Toronto area, all documents are returned before departure using the FedEx service with a tracking number.
All charges related to the return FedEx are the responsibility of the guest and are payable/due before departure. All Saudi and local Canadian/US guidelines and regulations must be observed without exception and can supersede Sukoon Travels commitments at any time.

April Umrah
(5/5)
As wr wb. Brother Inam attends to everyone’s needs. He is incredibly patient even though we were in a large group. I really enjoyed the experience and hopefully we’ll see each other again in the same journey. I will recommend TakemetoUmrah a million times over.
