- Valid Machine-Readable Bangladeshi Passport – Must be valid for at least 6 months from the travel date. (If you don’t have one, apply for a new passport and provide the application receipt.)
- NADRA CNIC or NICOP Copy – A clear, valid copy is required.
- Passport Photo – Size 4 x 3 cm, blue background; women should be photographed wearing a hijab.
- Blood Group Information – Required for medical records.
- Vaccination Proof – Certificate for meningococcal meningitis vaccination.
